Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescription requests can be made in person at the reception desk, via the pharmacy, by post or by registering for the new online patient access (please see reception for more details).

The Surgery now operated a 48 hour turn around time for prescriptions. This allows time for the doctors to check your medicines, make any changes and to avoid any mistakes. Occasionally the prescription will include a message asking you to see the doctor before the next prescription is given. This is to check your health and ensure no changes are needed to your medicine.

Please allow 48 hours from the time of ordering your prescription prior to it being collected.

Some local pharmacies offer a repeat prescription collection service – please ask your pharmacist.
